This San Francisco based startup offers medical doctors and other health professionals with medical practice management technology and solutions (PMT) as well as free advertising-supported electronic health records solutions.
Among the PMT solutions that Practice Fusion offers include scheduling, charting, e-prescribing (eRx), laboratory and imaging center integrations, medical billing, and referral letters. The platform also provides training and support, meaningful use certification as well as patients’ personal health records. Medical personnel who want to use the platform need to have valid Practice Fusion login, which comprises of an email and password combination.
How to login to Practice Fusion
To log into you Practice fusion login page, you need to key in your email address followed by your password then click on the ‘log in’ link on the login page, https://static.practicefusion.com/apps/ehr/#/login. After inputting this information, you will get a prompt in your email requesting you to verify the said email. Upon verification, you will be able to use the Practice Fusion login created to access your EHR profile.
What happens when you forget your password?
If you want to login to your free EHR you should be able to recall your email and password login combination. However, you need not worry if you have forgotten the combination. The Practice Fusion login page has login email and password retrieval options. Just click under the ‘reset password’ link just above the field for keying in your password. This action will lead you to a new window where the platform will prompt you to input your verified email address in the open field and click on the reset password link directly below the said field.
